Job Summary The Traceability Technician is responsible for maintaining accurate piping and structural weld/material traceability while supporting drawings and weld mapping. This role includes organizing NDE reports and data and compiling final traceability documentation packages in accordance with project specifications.   • Responsible for maintaining accurate piping and structural weld/material traceability
  • Interpreting drawings and weld mapping; logging and tracking materials
  • Entering and organizing NDE reports and data
  • Producing spreadsheet/database reports
  • Assembling, scanning, filing, and compiling final traceability documentation packages in accordance with project specifications
Skills Required
  • 2 years minimum to 6+ years industry-specific relevant background
  • Technical/Job Knowledge: Understanding drawings, weld maps, NDE (traceability processes)
  • Computer/Software Skills: Excel, Access, Word, Bluebeam, SharePoint
  • Skills: Attention to detail, organization, communication, problem-solving, time management
Education/Training/Certifications
  • High School Degree or GED
  • Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
Additional Requirements
  • Physical requirements: Lifting, standing/walking, climbing, vision requirements; ability to work weekends/holidays/night shifts
