Position: QA Manager

Location: Bethesda, MD (Weekly 3 days onsite)

Required Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, with significant experience leading QA for large enterprise transformation or multi-platform integration programs.
  • Test Strategy & Solution Expertise: Proven experience defining enterprise test strategies and QA solutions for complex transformation programs, including functional, integration, data, regression, and non-functional validation approaches across distributed systems.
  • Testing Leadership: Proven expertise in leading SIT, UAT, end-to-end, regression, and release validation activities across complex application landscapes.
  • Automation, Data Migration Testing, AI Tools & Quality Engineering Platforms: Extensive hands-on and leadership experience in test automation strategy, framework implementation, and automation-led quality engineering across enterprise applications, APIs, and integrated platforms. Strong experience defining and executing data migration testing strategies, including data validation, reconciliation, transformation verification, and migration cycle testing. Experience using AI-enabled testing tools, intelligent test accelerators, and modern quality engineering platforms to improve test design, coverage optimization, defect prediction, test data generation, and execution efficiency, along with strong understanding of test management platforms, defect tracking tools, and quality reporting dashboards.
  • Integrated Platform Knowledge: Experience working across integrated enterprise platforms, APIs, middleware, databases, and shared environments within transformation programs.
  • Quality Governance: Hands-on experience establishing QA standards, entry/exit criteria, defect governance, test traceability, and readiness sign-off processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence business, engineering, and program stakeholders across complex delivery structures
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
