Location: Puyallup, WA

Schedule: Five-Day Work Week

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Shop Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy, well-established independent repair facility in Puyallup, WA. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume automotive repair shop.
  • Manage workflow to maximize technician productivity and shop efficiency.
  • Supervise, coach, and support a team of 5-6 technicians.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and retain team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews and staffing decisions.
  • Prepare repair estimates and coordinate parts ordering.
  • Present repair recommendations and help customers make informed decisions.
  • Monitor sales, gross profit, and overall shop performance.
