Job description

uBreakiFix is an electronics repair company with 285 locations across the United States. The company offers repair services for mobile phones, computers, and other electronics. Customers have praised the company for its friendly staff and high-quality repairs, while others have complained about poor customer service and warranty issues.
We are a franchisee with 11 locations spread across Long Island, Maryland, Virginia and Louisiana and continuing to grow!
Position will be 9am-5pm Monday - Friday but is subject to change in the future.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Compile data from multiple sources into one excel file to send out our team's daily reports.
  • Handle purchasing for each store - team's will request parts/supplies for their stores, you are responsible for ordering, and inputting the correct information into our Portal system.
  • Onboarding new hires - creating offer letters, setting up their accounts in co-ordinance with our HR directions.
  • Audits - Completing inventory audits of our stores when needed/asked.
  • Other day-to-day tasks as given by your direct manager - Director of Operations.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Excel / PowerBi.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • High School Diploma / GED.
  • 0-1 Years Experience in an Operations style position.
  • Strong Organizational and Time-Management skills.
  • Strong Technical knowledge of basic computer equipment and applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-3 Years Experience in an Operations style position.
  • Associate's / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications.

Travel will be necessary when needed. A clean driver's license is preferred.

Compensation:
  • $18 - $20 per hour (subject to change based on the applicant).
