The Imagine Group is recruiting for a Banking Services Operations Associate II on behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Amherst, NY, serving individuals, businesses, and communities across the eastern United States. Known for its strong regional presence, commitment to community engagement, and focus on long-term customer relationships, the organization offers a stable and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth.
 
In this role you will be responsible for supporting a variety of banking operations functions, including processing transactions, reviewing and validating documentation, performing research, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve routine inquiries, adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, and help ensure operational accuracy, quality, and risk management standards are met.

  • Validate data in preparation for entry to a designated mainframe or computer system.
  • Properly secure collateral for the Bank.
