Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Administrative SupportProcess and support operational systems including commissions, accounting support, licensing, and data management
Maintain data entry accuracy and integrity across systems
Follow up on missing or incomplete information across departments
Cross-Functional SupportAssist financial professionals and administrative staff with operational inquiries
Support compensation, licensing, and recruiting-related projects
Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
Compliance & Programs
QualificationsEducation & ExperienceHigh School diploma required; Bachelorโs degree preferred (Business, Finance, or related field)
0โ3+ years of experience in operations, financial services, or administrative support preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Pay Range: $22.00-24.00 hour
