Job description

Qualitrol, a Ralliant operating company, is seeking a motivated Operations & Manufacturing Cooperative Education (Co-Op) Student to join our team for the Fall 2026 term. This role provides an excellent opportunity for current students to gain hands‑on experience in operations and manufacturing, while actively contributing to interdisciplinary projects that directly support Qualitrol’s success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with project management initiatives across operations and manufacturing.
  • Contribute to process development and improvement activities.
  • Support data analysis to enhance decision‑making and operational efficiency.
  • Provide production support in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
  • Participate in projects that directly contribute to operational excellence at Qualitrol.
Education & Experience
  • Junior or Senior standing, currently enrolled and on track to graduate in 2026 or 2027 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Field of study in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
