Position Overview

ReefPoint Group is seeking experienced professionals to support enterprise data strategy, governance, and architecture initiatives for federal clients.


This role is ideal for professionals who understand that effective data environments require more than technology alone. We are seeking individuals who can help organizations define standards, establish governance frameworks, improve data quality, and align enterprise data architecture with mission and operational objectives.


Successful candidates will bring experience supporting enterprise data modernization, governance implementation, or architecture strategy within complex organizations and federal environments.


What You'll Do
  • Support development and implementation of enterprise data governance and architecture strategies
  • Establish and maintain data standards, policies, and governance frameworks
  • Support metadata management, data stewardship, and data lifecycle activities
  • Partner with stakeholders to align data architecture and governance practices with mission objectives
  • Assess and improve data quality, integrity, and accessibility across systems
  • Support enterprise data modernization and transformation initiatives
  • Contribute to architecture planning and platform alignment activities
  • Facilitate collaboration across technical, operational, and leadership stakeholders
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities related to enterprise data management
  • Support governance adoption, organizational change, and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Public Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting data governance, data management, enterprise architecture, or related initiatives
  • Experience supporting data standards, governance activities, or enterprise data management efforts
  • Strong understanding of data lifecycle concepts, data quality, and enterprise information management
  • Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to support complex client environments and evolving priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal agencies including VA, DoD, DHA, or civilian agencies
  • Experience with enterprise architecture or governance frameworks
  • Experience with metadata management, master data management, or data stewardship programs
  • Experience supporting cloud or modern data platform environments
