Job description

Join a finance modernization initiative where you will help build practical, scalable data governance capabilities that improve trust, consistency, and visibility across critical financial data. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, cross-functional partnership, and creating governance processes that are simple enough to adopt and strong enough to make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities
  • Help establish and operationalize a pragmatic data governance framework for key financial data domains.
  • Define data ownership and stewardship practices that support accountability across business and technology teams.
  • Develop and maintain data lineage for important financial data flows.
  • Improve data quality standards, monitoring approaches, and issue remediation processes.
  • Support the creation of shared business definitions, metadata, and consistent data definitions.
  • Partner with finance and technology stakeholders to standardize critical data elements.
  • Provide practical governance guidance based on prior implementation experience.
  • Recommend policies and operating practices that are effective, clear, and easy to adopt.
  • Support broader modernization efforts aimed at creating a trusted view of how the organization generates revenue.
Skills
  • Proven experience implementing data governance programs.
