Job description

We are seeking an Account Management Intern who is proactive, detail oriented, and eager to learn the ins-and-outs of digital marketing. The Account Management Intern will be responsible for assisting with several key digital clients and ensuring the tactics delivered align with the guidance of the Account Management team. He or she will assist with the primary day-to-day account contact for clients, working to execute and manage a multitude of digital strategies. Co-worker assistance and internal team satisfaction are key areas of focus for this role.
_RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist Account Team and members of the Executive team on client accounts
  • Own day-to-day tasks as assigned such as status documents, note taking, proposal and contract writing
  • Manage multiple projects across various businesses simultaneously
  • Keep supervisor informed to status and progress of all projects
  • Maintain positivity and leadership in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments, with the ability to prioritize on the fly
  • Participate in internal and client sessions, work to develop client presentation materials and assist with writing proposals and statements of work as needed
  • Organizing, preparing for, and documenting notes in client meetings, following up internally to ensure client requests are completed, and other day-to-day tasks

_REQUIREMENTS:
  • Background in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or Digital Marketing field
  • Excellent teamwork, organization and communication skills
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. PowerPoint wizardry a bonus.
  • Proven expertise in working with teammates required
  • The ability to balance client needs with agency capabilities and properly guide the client to the ideal recommendation for their business
  • Ability to assist Account Managers, Supervisors, Associate Director, and Directors with direction

_PAY TRANSPARENCY + INTERNSHIP BENEFITS:
The pay rate for internships at Collective Measures is $20.00 per hour. Benefits available to interns include:
