These are brands trusted by athletes, families, and communities around the world. From professional-grade systems used by elite players to backyard hoops that bring neighborhoods together, our basketball portfolio sits at the top of its class globally. We’re looking for a Product Management Coordinator to help drive Escalade Sports’ next chapter of growth for these basketball brands.

Job Purpose:

Assist the Product and Brand Managers in setting the strategic direction, developing and coordinating marketing activities to support timely product innovation, product availability, customer satisfaction improvement, and achievement of profit goals for the basketball product category.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
  • Tracks new product development timelines to ensure timely launch
  • Manages product and packaging data across all systems
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering on new product ideas
  • Supports the development and evaluation of product samples and prototypes.
  • Researches competitors, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve marketing and customer satisfaction.
  • Manages customer follow-up from initial lead through post-installation to answer questions, coordinate installers, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Grows and strengthens the installer network by recruiting and vetting qualified installers in new markets.
  • Partners with Sales to identify needs and present solutions.
  • Assists with preparing presentation materials and support local events, expos, shows, as needed
  • Supports Product and Brand Manager as needed
  • Manages projects and tasks in Asana
  • Uses AI tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience, driving initiatives in any business environment
  • Possesses excellent analytical and planning skills
  • Exhibits well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team environment
  • Exhibits problem solving and decision-making abilities
Physical Demands
  • Sitting, talking and listening at least 2/3 of the time
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Stooping and kneeling
  • Fine motor coordination
Working Conditions
  • Occasional international or domestic travel required
