Job Description
  • Provide hands-on support for equipment shakedown, startup, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with commissioning and qualification (C&Q) activities for Siemens-based systems.
  • Perform platform qualification for Siemens PLCs, HMIs, and embedded industrial PCs.
  • Support data access testing and ensure proper MQTT broker connectivity.
  • Collaborate with skid vendors for Siemens-related adjustments and troubleshooting.
  • Provide controller and HMI support during startup

Required Skills:
  • Strong experience with Siemens PLCs and HMIs (TIA Portal, WinCC).
  • Familiarity with packaged skids (Cytiva, Sartorius, Thermo-Fisher)
  • Understanding of distributed architectures and Industry 4.0 concepts.
  • Familiarity with MQTT protocol and edge-device integration.

Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to Rockwell, Proficy, CopaData, and Codeys technologies

Top 3 must have's:
  • Strong experience with Siemens PLCs and HMIs (TIA Portal, WinCC)
  • Familiarity with packaged skids (Cytiva, Sartorius, Thermo-Fisher)
  • Understanding of distributed architectures and Industry 4.0 concepts, and Life Science experience especially in C&Q phase.
