Position Description:
CGI is looking for a Junior Logistics Data analyst to join the Marine Corps Platform Integration Center (MCPIC) team in Camp Lejeune, NC. The Junior Logistics Data Analyst works with government and 3PL inventory managers to ensure accurate asset visibility of warehouse equipment for the client using Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSR) and passive Radio Frequency Identification (pRFID) inventory technology. Working in a team environment and independently, the Junior Logistics Data Analyst provides recommended corrective actions for data discrepancies to ensure APSR floor-to-book accuracy and auditability are maintained.
This role also requires the candidate to be capable of providing user training on government software products and other related periods of instruction on supply chain visibility/accountability.
This position is located in Camp Lejeune, NC.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Collect warehouse inventory information from multiple logistics information technology systems and provide a comparative assessment, identify any discrepancies and provide recommended courses of action for corrective action.
. Become highly proficient in the benefits of pRFID automated inventory in a warehouse environment.
. Train users on emerging technologies that will be integrated into their business processes
. Conduct quality assurance and provide data correction recommendations to registered assets.
. Provide recommendations for the placement of pRFID tags to ensure maximum readability.
. Communicate with management and peers in order to increase product quality.
. Become highly proficient in associated government business processes and logistics system functionality.
. Support a wide range of hardware and software systems, desktops, peripherals.
. Collaborate with peers and management to solve complex business problems, deliver excellent value, and recommend areas for continuous process improvement opportunities.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 3-4 years of Relevant Logistics Experience
. Customer-facing support skills in a high tempo project.
. Able to lift over 50 lbs.
. Able to stand/walk in excess of 4 hours at a time
. Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Proficient in standard office automation tools and software
. Possess professional knowledge and understanding of USMC logistics processes and procedures.
. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Marine Corps Logistics Information Technology (LOG IT) systems.
. Exhibits ability to interpret inventory reports, identify data discrepancies and provide necessary recommended corrective action to leadership and the client.
. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
. Exhibits ability to think critically in order to devise best inventory control practices.
. US Citizenship is a must.
. Able to obtain and maintain a US Secret Clearence.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
. Working knowledge of DoW Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSR) - Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) and/or Global Combat Support System Marine Corps (GCSS-MC).
. Relevant military or civilian/contractor experience in a logistics field, supply, maintenance, maintenance management, mobility or distribution management.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $51,600.00 - $74,100.00.
