Data Juniors are entry-level professionals who assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to support business decision-making. They typically work under the supervision of senior data analysts or data scientists and are responsible for tasks like data entry, basic data analysis, and generating simple reports. This role is ideal for those who are new to the data field and looking to gain practical experience while developing technical and analytical skills. Data Juniors often use tools such as Excel, SQL, and basic data visualization software. As they gain experience, they may progress to more advanced data roles within an organization.

What are some common challenges faced by data juniors when working with large datasets, and how can they overcome them?
