Job description

CITITRENDS is seeking a Data Entry Clerk who will be responsible for supporting the merchandise team by performing the following duties outlined in the essential duties and responsibilities section. The Data Entry Clerk will play a critical role in building a positive work culture, driving employee involvement, and supporting change management efforts within the retail organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ OUTCOMES
  • Input purchase orders accurately and
  • Communicate with merchant team, as needed, when entering purchase
  • Input purchase order
  • Run Weekly Reports, as
  • Communicate with vendors by phone and email, as
  • Input Price Change/Markdowns, if
  • Complete DC revision timely
  • Update Coordinate group or attributes, if
  • Performs other duties as may be
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Ability to read and understand documents such as general correspondence, department reports and office procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and fellow
  • Extensive computer skills
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit.
