Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization supporting human services and retail programs, is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to assist with an upcoming Sage Intacct conversion project. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining accuracy, and supporting large-scale system and process improvement initiatives.

Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities

  • Enter, review, and validate financial and operational data during a system conversion project
  • The Data Entry Specialist will assist with data cleanup, formatting, and migration activities
  • Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
  • The Data Entry Specialist will support template preparation and data organization efforts
  • Review information for completeness and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data processing
  • The Data Entry Specialist will assist with additional administrative and project-related tasks as assigned
