A Day in the Life: Data Entry Specialist

Trinity Logistics is seeking a motivated Data Entry Specialist to support the account management and logistics teams through daily scheduling, load entry, data management, and problem resolution. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced office environment, take initiative, and are driven by accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining accurate data, supporting shipment coordination, and helping identify the most efficient ways to move customer freight. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, leverage multiple systems and tools, and contribute to process improvements that enhance operational performance.
