The Office and Sales Support Administrator plays a vital role in our organization, offering comprehensive administrative and sales support. 

This position is responsible for managing office activities, supporting the sales team, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on organization, and attention to detail.

The Office and Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. This role is integral to our success, driving efficiency and productivity through process improvements and the adoption of new technologies.  This will be a temporary position with possibility of an extension.

  • College Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Advanced degree or certification in Office Management or Sales Administration is preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role is essential.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar capacity with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data entry and analysis, and a basic understanding of sales metrics.
  • Familiarity with office coordination and the ability to manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Certification in Office Administration or Sales Support is an asset.
  • Provide administrative support by managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring a professional and efficient response.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, keeping them up-to-date and easily accessible for the team.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, coordinating with team members and external parties.
  • Assist the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
