Integrated Staffing is currently hiring Dock Workers / Forklift Operators to support freight operations at a busy transportation terminal in Somerville, NB. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, operating equipment, and supporting shipping and receiving activities in a team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Loading, unloading, and moving freight weighing up to 75 lbs
• Operating a forklift safely in a busy dock environment
• Receiving and shipping freight accurately and efficiently
• Assisting with shipping and receiving documentation and data entry
• Using computer systems to track shipments and update freight information
• Organizing freight for city and line haul trailers
• Following all safety procedures and company policies
• Using proper freight handling techniques to prevent damage
• Working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Shift Details
• Monday: 2am-9am
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 3am - 9am
• Shift lengths may vary based on operational requirements
• $20/hour

Requirements
• Valid forklift certification and previous forklift experience required
• Previous dock, warehouse, transportation, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required for shipping and receiving functions
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
• TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) certification required
• WHMIS certification required
• CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots required
• Clear criminal record check (issued within the last 3 months) required prior to placement
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Work Environment
• Indoor and outdoor transportation dock setting
• Fast-paced and physically active environment
• Frequent bending, stretching, lifting, and walking
• Exposure to forklifts, trucks, moving equipment, and varying weather conditions
• PPE must be worn at all times
