Job description

Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

You will review source documents for merchants accounts, validate the accuracy and completeness of input and output data, correct coding and batching errors for processing, verify outputs against control totals, review reports for accuracy and formatting, and distribute information to the appropriate teams.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Process Improvement I.

Posting Type: Replacement.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $42,000 - $52,000.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Support daily team operations, including order distribution, ACI/DMS profile creation and maintenance, rollout requests, device deployment, SIM activations, Special Services requests, and welcome letter activities.
  • Assist the Team Leader and Manager with workflow coordination and prioritization to ensure timely completion of operational activities.
  • Provide first-level support for team inquiries and coaching-related items, ensuring follow-up actions are completed within established timelines.
  • Coordinate and fulfill urgent requests and inquiries from internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter resource for change management processes, with guidance from the Team Leader.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate, resolve, and communicate escalated issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the customer experience and provide recommendations for process enhancements.

  • Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data control, data entry, or a related operational role.

  • Experience collaborating across teams to support operational objectives and service delivery initiatives.
