Client : Kitchen hood and grease exhaust cleaning company
Duration : Full time permanent role
Location : Bloomington, MN 55431
Shift : 1st Shift
Job Description:
As a member of our team you'll be:
  • Data Entry: Efficiently enter and manage data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Book Keeper: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage and track incoming payments, verify accounts, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Accounts Payable: Process invoices, track expenses, and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

Other Duties as Assigned:
  • Support the finance team with various tasks and projects as needed.
  • Working efficiently as part of a team to assure the work can be completed during a specified window

Qualifications
  • Must work in office, flexible schedule
  • Must have an accounting background
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Quickbooks
  • Must be teachable
