Job description

Data Entry Specialist

Receives, collects, reviews, and enters data into a computer system or tracking database. Ensures accuracy of all data recorded and verifies that the information is complete. Reads source documents and enters data in specific data fields accurately. Collects, compiles, sorts, and verifies the data's accuracy or completeness before it is entered. May perform data integrity tasks by locating and correcting data entry errors or reporting them to supervisors. May scan or upload documents. Performs routine office duties, such as answering phones and maintaining supplies. May maintain logs of activities and completed work. Files completed documents in appropriate locations or distributes them as required. Performs other related duties. Looking for someone with previous experience working in a healthcare environment with knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and medical records. Must type 45 wpm. Good communication skills are required. Good organizational skills are necessary.

Weekly Pay: $777 - $818

Shift: Day - 7.5x5 - 08AM
