Job Summary

The Sales Support Coordinator supports healthcare staffing operations by managing and maintaining client and healthcare professional contract documentation. This role partners with Sales, Legal, and Account Management teams to facilitate contract execution, ensure compliance with internal and client requirements, and support efficient placement processes.

The Coordinator is responsible for reviewing contract terms, securing necessary approvals, maintaining accurate data within internal systems (e.g., CRM), and supporting sales operations to improve placement timelines, reduce risk, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate preparation and submission of service agreements and contract documentation in partnership with Legal and Sales leadership
  • Review contract terms and identify discrepancies related to billing rates, auto-renewal terms, indemnification, and compliance requirements
  • Support contract execution by gathering approvals from internal stakeholders (Housing, Sales Leadership, Account Management, Contracts)
  • Maintain accurate contract records, extensions, and modifications within internal systems and CRM platforms
  • Audit placement and contract data to ensure alignment with client-specific requirements and packages
  • Facilitate distribution of client-facing documentation (e.g., client letters, agreements)
  • Monitor and ensure data accuracy standards (98-100%) across contract and placement records
  • Maintain and update sales and workforce solutions content on internal platforms (e.g., intranet, sales collateral tools)
  • Partner with Sales teams to support pipeline tracking, activity documentation, and reporting accuracy
Required Qualifications (Basic Requirements)
  • Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience supporting a sales team, recruiting operations, or contract administration
  • Experience working with contracts, agreements, or compliance documentation
  • Experience using CRM systems or internal tracking tools for data entry and record management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high accuracy in data entry and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting healthcare staffing, MSP (Managed Services Programs), or workforce solutions environments
  • Experience collaborating with legal teams on contract review or execution processes
  • Experience supporting sales operations, account management, or business development teams
  • Familiarity with contract compliance standards and risk mitigation processes
