What you'll do...
  • Outbound activities to recruit and onboard new life insurance agents and financial advisors. This includes networking, generating referrals, cold calling, etc.
  • Maintain positive relationships with all advisors you manage, focusing on achieving results.
  • Be the quarterback for your advisors - you'll be hands-on, running illustrations, helping with case design, providing guidance to advisors, aid in submitting new business, and helping close the case with the carriers.
