Job description

Role Summary

The Offer Manager will support in executing the Individual Investor Brokerage Strategy, including assessing offer competitiveness to meet all the needs of a retail brokerage client. Manages the life cycle for assigned products and value-add offers that engage and deliver value to the client. Carries out the strategy for those products and offers set by more senior staff.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts research and gathers information to conduct analyses on assigned offers; tracks data on the business generated from offers to calculate revenue and profitability and provides information to more senior staff.
  • Reviews and interprets market assessment scans; prepares recommendations for growth opportunities, pricing strategies, and overall competitive positioning.
  • Creates and maintains records of key performance indicators/measurements that measure offer effectiveness and analyzes the data.
  • Executes and innovates the process of taking new offers to market and getting approval from legal and other internal functions; gets agreement from client-facing associates and sales to deliver the go-to-market plan.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience

Preferred:

  • Financial Services Brokerage proven experience, in Product or Offer Management
  • Experience with retail cash management offers
  • Consistent track record of researching, identifying, interpreting, and prioritizing market needs
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of functional areas: Advisory, Sales, Operations, Legal
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically and creatively
  • The ability to navigate across organizations and develop partnerships along with gaining buy-in for strategic proposals
