The Manager, Marketing Technology (AI Data & Analytics) will be responsible for strategic marketing and business development data analysis of data stored within Foley's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other sources as needed to help identify the best possible revenue and operational efficiency opportunities. This Manager will be heavily involved in marketing technology and using AI to enhance, analyze, and output strategic data and further to ensure the right types of data are collected and stored with data hygiene guardrails and rules to ensure quality of data.  To that end, a part of this role will be analyzing the current state of data quality and making recommendations to improve the data. The incumbent understands leading marketing technology practices across the B2B marketing industry.  This role also requires a significant investment in data analytics and the Manager should be highly focused on finding new ways to use strategic data to give Foley a competitive advantage in the legal industry. 

Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality of data across marketing and other Foley systems.
  • Identify novel uses of AI to analyze and source data for strategic analysis and generating demand.
  • Use AI to enhance and enrich our data in addition to analyzing data and finding strategic opportunities.
  • Develop guardrails, processes, and quality controls for long term data hygiene.
  • Work with vendors to help improve the quality of our data.
  • Identify strategic opportunities for the firm through the analysis of data.
  • Work with others in the BD&M department and across the firm to help proactively use data to drive the business.
  • Ensure system controls are in place to help preserve and enhance the overall quality of data.
  • Create and run reports on a regular basis to provide updated data to various departments.
  • Create, manage, and follow data standards, processes and procedures.
  • Commit to high standards for data quality and strive for precision, accuracy and efficiency.
  • Look for, implement, and use tools that help better analyze data available for strategic marketing.
  • Provide superior client service to end users.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required. #LI-Hybrid 
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience within marketing technology, IT and/or data analytics required. 
  • Professional services experience preferred. 
  • Familiarity with using CRM and AI tools within data analytics is a plus.

In support of transparency and equity in the workplace, Foley provides salary ranges for all positions. The figures below represent the full compensation range of this position. The actual offered amount will be between the range minimum and midpoint based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.Milwaukee - $116,900 to $175,400Chicago - $128,600 to $192,900Washington D.C. - $140,300 to $210,500
