  • Clean, transform, and prepare data for reporting (basic data wrangling in Excel/Power Query)
  • Support testing and iteration cycles for dashboards and reports
  • Document data sources, logic, and report usage guidelines

Project & Stakeholder Support

  • Participate in project team meetings and provide updates on deliverables
  • Support prioritization of reporting needs across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and usability of reporting tools

  • Build understanding of supply chain processes such as outsourcing, capacity planning, and order management
  • Gain exposure to cross-functional stakeholder management in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications

  • Ability to work with data and identify trends, inconsistencies, and insights
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic data manipulation)

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Power BI (or similar BI tools) strongly preferred
  • Exposure to SQL, data modeling, or basic coding concepts is a plus
