This role partners closely with business teams to understand business drivers, data needs, answer complex questions, and translate insights into clear, actionable visualizations. You'll communicate findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences, contribute to crossfunctional initiatives, and help support data quality and consistency across the organization. Responsibilities: Independently builds and maintains KPIs, dashboards, reports, and data related products.

Independently gathers and prepares large, complex datasets from diverse sources. Performs exploratory and statistical analyses to uncover deeper trends and insights. Independently answers complex business questions with data-driven and actionable recommendations.

Designs and delivers sophisticated dashboards and custom reports for diverse audiences. Adapts visualizations to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Leads discussions with business units to deeply understand data needs and proactively suggest solutions.

Represents D&I team on ePMO projects ensuring timely delivery of assignments Mentors associate data analysts to ensure data integrity and consistency. Leads automation projects to streamline complex workflows and improve efficiency.

Serves as a trusted partner to leadership, providing insights that shape strategic decisions and drive operational success. Partners with data scientists and engineers on multidisciplinary projects. Position Requirements: This position is Remote.

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience is Required. 5+ years of data, analytics, dashboard, report writing, or Business Intelligence programming and development work is Required. Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Python for advanced analysis is Required.

Experience optimizing queries and workflows in centralized data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) is Required. Experience creating polished dashboards and visualizations in Power BI is Required.
