Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a seeking an experienced Analyst to support data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts for DHS intelligence performance programs. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain experience in mission-focused analytics.

Team Overview:

These roles will collectively support a mission-critical program delivering performance analytics, evaluation, and decision support to DHS intelligence leadership. Team members will collaborate closely to transform complex data into actionable insights that enhance mission effectiveness across the homeland security enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads data gathering and analytical activities to support project objectives and decision-making
  • Designs and conducts qualitative and quantitative research to inform program insights and recommendations
  • Develops and maintains databases and spreadsheets to organize, manage, and analyze data sets
  • Creates process flow diagrams and visual representations to document workflows and improve process understanding
  • Drafts project reports, analytic summaries, and other client deliverables
  • Develops training materials to support stakeholder learning and program implementation
  • Performs instructional design activities to structure effective learning content and delivery approaches
  • Produces multimedia content to enhance training and knowledge transfer
  • Delivers training sessions and facilitates knowledge sharing across client and project teams
Qualifications
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibilty (TS/SCI)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis or research
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • BS degree from an accredited university math, science, or data analytics
  • 7 years of relevant professional experience working in a complex organization in a leadership role
