Job Summary

The DACA (Deposit Account Control Agreement) Product Associate is responsible for assisting in DACA product planning, product management, and DACA risk. This role supports the execution of the overall business strategy, focusing on processes that drive expense and operational efficiencies within the Commercial product portfolio.
Essential Functions

  • The Commercial DACA Product Analyst will assist in all aspects of KeyBank's Commercial Deposit Account Control Agreement program, which includes solution consulting, onboarding, monitoring/review of agreement language, billing, servicing and risk reviews.
  • Support DACA Product Manager with new and existing payment products, processes, and services.
  • Partner with legal vendor and DACA Product Manager to assist with ensuring Key remains in compliance with and supports new regulatory requirements and evolving business needs and client requirements.
  • Support Ad-hoc research and resolution of daily issues, data requests, reporting requirements, finding remediation as well as regulatory requests.
  • Prepare monthly risk and operational reports; conduct initial analysis and review findings with Product Manager.
  • Enhance the overall onboarding and account servicing experience.
  • Assist DACA Product Manager to identify product and process gaps, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Participate in forecasting, performance measurement, monitoring, and assessing client experience impacts.
  • Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to ensure initiatives align with Key's moderate risk profile.
  • Partner with internal technology, 3rd party vendors, and other strategic partners to develop new client solutions.
  • Comply with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key's clients and Key.


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field (preferred)
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (preferred)
  • OR equivalent experience (required)


Work Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in operations, client resolution, risk management, or legal support (required) or
  • 1+ years of experience in a payments/commercial rotational program (required)
  • Understanding of Commercial Treasury Banking products and services (required)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $69,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
