Job description

Job Summary

Plans and execute cycle counts as outlined in the company cycle count procedure.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1.    Plan daily cycle counts.
2.    Execute daily cycle counts.
3.    Investigate and locate lost inventory.
4.    Coordinate count activities with area leaders in manufacturing and the warehouse to ensure all material is accounted for.
5.    Escalate any non-conformances in part handling/inventory control.
6.    Daily pass along with specific detail about issues with current days counts.
7.    Adjust shared source items per current adjustment practices.
8.    Assist planners, supervisors, or manager on urgent issues as they arise.
9.    Escalate significant losses immediately.
10.    Support department kaizen activities.
11.    Performs all other duties as required.

Requirements

1.    High School Diploma or GED
2.    2 to 4 years of progressive manufacturing experience
Experience with Plex is preferred
3.    Strong knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:
a.    Clerical and administrative skills
b.    Organizational and planning skills
c.    Mathematical and analytical skills
d.    Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
e.    Computer skills - proficient using standard business software (including MS Office)
f.    Written and verbal communications skills
g.    Interpersonal skills - ability to work and function in a team environment and to confidently interact with individual at all levels of authority

The salary range for this position is $35,700 - $48,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and the career level at which the position is filled.
