Parsons is seeking talented All-Source Intelligence Analysts, Journeyman to join our team supporting U.S. Cyber Command. In this role, you will provide all-source intelligence analysis, production, and mission support to a Cyber National Mission Force J2 customer. You will help collect, fuse, analyze, and communicate intelligence that enables cyberspace operations, operational planning, targeting support, risk assessment, and senior leader decision-making . The ideal candidate is a mission-focused analyst with experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or cyber mission customers; strong writing and briefing skills; and the ability to synthesize reporting from multiple intelligence disciplines into clear, timely , decision-relevant products. What You'll Be Doing: * Conduct all-source intelligence analysis in support of CNMF J2 mission requirements, operational planning, and cyberspace operations
* Fuse classified and open-source reporting from multiple intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT/PAI, GEOINT, MASINT, cyber threat intelligence, and operational reporting
* Develop written intelligence products, analytic notes, briefings, threat summaries, target support packages, and rapid-response products tailored to operational and senior leader needs
* Identify intelligence gaps, trends, anomalies, emerging threat activity, adversary behavior, and operationally relevant indicators
* Support requests for information, intelligence preparation of the operational environment, target development, mission planning, and assessment activities
* Use IC tools, databases, and analytic platforms to research, discover, organize, and evaluate relevant intelligence
* Apply structured analytic techniques and IC analytic tradecraft standards to ensure analytic rigor, sourcing transparency, and confidence-based assessments
* Collaborate with J2 analysts, planners, collection managers, cyber operators, targeting personnel, and interagency mission partners
* Maintain awareness of adversary cyber actors, malign influence activity, cyber-enabled threats, geopolitical context, and relevant operational developments
* Prepare and deliver concise oral briefings to technical and non-technical audiences Minimum Qualifications: * Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly
* Bachelor's degree (additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant intelligence, cyber, national security, military, or DoD/IC mission experience.
* Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis for DoD, Intelligence Community, cyber, counterintelligence, targeting, information operations, or national security missions
* Experience researching, evaluating, and synthesizing intelligence reporting from multiple sources
* Experience writing intelligence products, operational summaries, threat assessments, or decision-support briefings
* Familiarity with IC analytic standards, including ICD 203 analytic tradecraft principles
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, respond quickly to RFIs, and produce quality work in a dynamic mission environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and common IC research/reporting tools Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience supporting USCYBERCOM, CNMF, a Service Cyber Component, Cyber Mission Force team, Combatant Command, NSA, DIA, or a J2/J3/J5/J39 staff
* Knowledge of cyber threat actors, APTs, cyber kill chain concepts, malware/infrastructure analysis, adversary TTPs, or cyber-enabled influence operations
* Familiarity with tools such as M3, TAC, Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, FADE/MIST, RMT, Intelbook , or comparable IC databases and analytic platforms
* Experience supporting targeting, target systems analysis, link/nodal analysis, network analysis, or target package development
* Experience with OSINT/PAI research and commercially available information tools
* Military intelligence background, formal intelligence training, or equivalent IC/DoD analytic certification Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
