Duties
Help

• Applies recognized functional and programmatic expertise to establish and maintain productive working relationships with DoD, U.S. Government, and other potential cyberspace partners to foster mission success
• Presents information on the development of ARCYBER and USCYBERCOM cyber policy and the development of Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Army (DA) wide policy.
• Serves as an experienced senior technician; expert in human intelligence, signals intelligence (SIGINT), counterintelligence (CI), and subject matter expert in offensive cyberspace operations (OCO).
• Collaborates with intelligence agencies and organizations to leverage signals intelligence and human intelligence to inform cyber operations and support the development of strategic and operational plans.
• Directs and oversees the JFHQ-C Enterprise Solutions Cell (ESC) comprised of military, civilian and contract support personnel to manage and integrate enterprise capability solutions.
• Oversees all technical and key process aspects of the development of OCO requirements and Time Sensitive Collection Requirements for the JFHQ.
• Advises the JFHQ-C Commanding General, Deputy to the Commanding General, Army Leaders and Staff and USCY and provides direction of OCO training and validation programs for assigned members.
• Exercises expert understanding of computer engineering principles and analytical concerns to make sound decisions regarding national intelligence systems, cyber capability and infrastructure, and collection programs.

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Appointment to this position is subject to a three year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in DoDI 1400.25 V3005, Cyber Excepted Service, Employment and Placement.
• Must undergo and successfully complete an initial and periodic Counter-Intelligence Polygraph (CI Poly) examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI).
• This is a Drug Testing Designated Position. This position is covered by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program. The incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019-R.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret with access to SCI Security clearance.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one-year specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by: aligning technical efforts, including capability development, AI integration and data management, across offensive cyber operations, cognitive operations, and intelligence analysis; advising senior level officials on operational technical matters and providing recommendations and plans to improve the quality of operations; working with engineers, analysts, and scientists to evolve cyberspace operational capabilities for future applications; and assisting in the development of policies and procedures pertaining to technical offensive cyberspace operations (OCO) functions.
