  • Salary Range - $125,000 to $150,000
  • Clearance - A successful candidate must have an active "TS/SCI" clearance to be considered.
  • Location - On-Site at Fort Belvoir - This is not a remote position and we are the Prime

SUMMARY: Provide CI (Counterintelligence) Cyber support to a government agency at Fort Belvoir VA.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate ArcSight, Splunk, Wireshark or other correlation database specifically used for network analysis. Demonstrate specific knowledge with CI (Counterintelligence) Cyber and insider threat tools and software.
  • Provide Malware analysis for media, unsolicited emails and systems.
  • Provide cyber threat briefings and products to DTRA personnel.
  • Analyze network logs to identify anomalies related to foreign threats and provide detailed analytical reports and products to DTRA leadership through the Branch Chief on a weekly basis for no fewer than six reports monthly. Maintain account and utilize authorized DoD reporting system (currently HOT-R) to document activities, as well as DTRA in-house documenting requirements.
  • Maintain metric and narratives of Counterintelligence Cyber Security (CICS) activities for quarterly reporting to higher HQ.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Write operational and Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs)
  • Produce timely written recommendations and assessments.
  • Conduct briefings and debriefings
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
  • Comply with CICS printed rules, detailed orders, instructions and training materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong briefing skills / ability to present to small and large audiences
  • Five (5) years of experience working with a Federal Government organization
  • DOD TS/SCI required
