Job description

DarkStar is actively seeking qualified SR and MID level JCITA Instructors for anticipated mission-critical training opportunities in Landover, MD. JCITA provides comprehensive instruction in CI operations, collections, investigations, functional services, and analysis through in-residence courses, mobile training teams, and distributed learning environments while maintaining accreditation standards established by the Council on Occupational Education (COE). If you are an experienced instructor ready to make an impact while advancing your career, we want to hear from you! Candidates must possess a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Deliver impactful training in Identity Data Management disciplines
โ€ข Apply practical IdDM experience to connect curriculum with real-world applications
โ€ข Support National, DoD, Component, and IC-level organizations with IdDM instruction
โ€ข Lead working groups for course enhancements and innovations
โ€ข Provide executive-level briefings on IdDM topics
Education and Experience:
Senior Instructor
โ€ข Bachelor's Degree with 16 years of experience, OR 20 years of experience without a degree.
โ€ข At least 6 years of direct IdDM support experience, including support to National, DoD, Component, or IC-level organizations.
โ€ข Advanced practical experience in IdDM planning, development, assessments, due diligence, and lifecycle management.
โ€ข Management experience in IdDM support is preferred.
โ€ข Valid U.S. Passport required
MID Instructor
โ€ข Bachelor's Degree with 11 years of experience, OR 15 years of experience without a degree.
โ€ข At least 3 years of direct IdDM support experience, including support to National, DoD, Component, or IC-level organizations.
โ€ข Valid U.S. Passport required
Salary Range
$120,000 - $165,000 per year This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary. When extending an offer, DarkStar Intelligence considers various factors, including (but not limited to) the job's responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, market data alignment, applicable bargaining agreements (if any), and other relevant laws.
