What is an EOD job in the military?

An EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) job in the military involves identifying, disarming, and disposing of explosive devices such as bombs, mines, and improvised explosive devices (IEDs). EOD specialists use specialized tools, bomb suits, and robotics to safely neutralize threats in various environments, often requiring advanced training and certification. The role demands strong problem-solving skills, physical fitness, and the ability to work under high-pressure situations.
