Job Title: Counterintelligence Operations Instructor - Senior Level Job Category: Training Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * The Opportunity: JCITA provides a full spectrum of joint and advanced counterintelligence training, which includes CI operations, collections, investigations, functional services, and analysis. JCITA is accredited by the Council on Occupational Education (COE) and adheres to COE standards. JCITA offers in-residence courses, mobile training teams, and distance/distributed learning opportunities; courses include rigorous student assessments to meet strict instructional design standards. Responsibilities: * You are responsible for providing world-class, Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations and Seminar Support (AFCIOC) instruction. * Plan, develop, and execute training certification for Offensive Counterintelligence Operations (OFCO) Case Officers in accordance with DoD Instruction S-5240.09. * Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel within the NCR and CONUS. * You will provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship in OFCO support to CI. * Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks. Qualifications: Required: * TS/SCI w/Poly or ability to obtain poly.
* S even (7) years of demonstrated experience conducting, instructing, or supervising OFCO in accordance with the DoDI-S5240.09. * Possess expert knowledge of threat country foreign intelligence entities' (FIE) methodologies and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). * Graduate of the Advanced Foreign CI Operations Course (AFCIOC) or one of the following legacy training courses offered by the Military Departments:
-Army Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Training Course (AFCITC) -Air Force Counterespionage Case Officer's Course
-Navy Counterespionage Operations Course
* Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school Desired: * Experience as an Executive Case Officer, Team Chief, or Operations Officer.
