Responsibilities

  • Align HR strategies with regional business objectives by developing and implementing HR initiatives that support organizational goals within the assigned region.
  • Lead and develop the regional HRBP team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight to ensure effective execution of HR programs across recruitment, employee relations, performance, and training.
  • Oversee regional recruitment efforts, including hiring strategy, channel optimization, and staffing support for critical and high-volume positions to ensure timely and high-quality talent acquisition.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases within the region, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and risk mitigation to ensure compliance and organizational stability.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal-setting alignment, performance calibration, and follow-up on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) to elevate team and individual performance.
  • Support organizational development and talent management, including workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and building leadership pipelines for key positions.
  • Identify and address training and development needs within the region by designing and delivering leadership development, functional skills training, and employee development programs.
  • Enhance employee engagement and company culture by leading regional engagement initiatives, communication programs, and cultural activation activities.
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, staffing efficiency, performance distribution, ER cases, etc.) and provide data-driven insights to regional and senior leadership.
  • Support change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring, policy implementation, and process optimization within the region.
  • Collaborate on compensation and benefits projects, providing salary analysis, recommendations, and ensuring regional consistency aligned with corporate HR guidelines.
  • Ensure HR compliance by monitoring adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and regional regulatory requirements, identifying risks and proposing corrective actions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in HRBP roles; experience supporting multiple sites or regions is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge across key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and organizational development.
  • Proven team leadership experience, with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop HR team members.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand operational needs and translate them into effective HR strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance, with strong risk assessment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills; able to work with senior leaders and drive HR initiatives effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change, support organizational transformation, and optimize HR processes.
