ELINT Analyst

Location: Fort Shafter, Hawaii
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled ELINT Analyst to join our team at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. This role requires expertise in Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) analysis and signals collection, with a strong understanding of signal characteristics, structure, parameters, and content. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing RF and digital domain signals to determine their structure, purpose, and operational significance.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct ELINT analysis and signals collection to support intelligence operations.
  • Analyze and report on the technical characteristics of signals to determine structure, parameters, content, and purpose.
  • Utilize ELINT methodologies to enhance mission effectiveness.
  • Provide shift work support as required to maintain operational readiness.
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team to produce high-quality intelligence assessments.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ Years of experience with ELINT analysis or signals collection
  • Knowledge of signal characteristics, structure, parameters, and content
  • Ability to analyze and report technical characteristics of signals in the RF and digital domains to determine structure, parameters, content, and purpose
  • Ability to provide shift work support
  • TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
  • Completed SIGE2810 and SIGE3810 courses
  • HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of professional experience, Associate's degree and 7+ years of professional experience, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with INDOPACOM Intelligence problem sets
  • Completion of a credentialing Service School including Navy 9141, Air Force 1N2A or an Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft-recognized ELINT analyst certification course
  • Completion of Military ELINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP) and/or Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP)
