In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country's most critical role - protecting our national security.
KBR is looking for an ELINT Analyst in the Beavercreek area.
KBR is seeking a highly skilled ELINT Analyst to support advanced intelligence analysis activities in the Beavercreek, Ohio area. The selected candidate will perform technical ELINT and MASINT analysis, contributing to the evaluation, enhancement, and exploitation of radar-derived signals and bistatic data. This role supports mission-critical intelligence production through rigorous tradecraft, advanced processing tools, and collaboration with government and contractor partners.

• Perform technical ELINT signals analysis of operational systems derived from radar emissions.
• Enhance, evaluate, and optimize MASINT processing tools used to derive intelligence products.
• Utilize established signals analysis tools, techniques, and procedures to generate intelligence products.
• Produce prototype TECHELINT exploitation reports, signature reports, and analytical products.
• Support bistatic data collection planning, processing, and reporting activities.
• Process bistatic MASINT metric and signature data using current bistatic MASINT exploitation tools.
• Document analytical methodologies and author preliminary event reports.
• Provide detailed feedback to Government and contractor data processing teams to improve analysis workflows and tradecraft.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary intelligence teams to ensure accurate and timely intelligence delivery.

Qualifications:
Security Requirements:
• Active TS/SCI clearance required
• Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph completed within the last 5 years
Required Qualifications:
• Associate's degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another Physical Science discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of technical ELINT experience.
o ELINT collection, processing, or screening experience may account for up to 3 years of the total experience requirement.
• Demonstrated experience with radar signal analysis and technical exploitation.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
