Full-Time Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour


Are you friendly, organized, and great at keeping track of details? Our Ashley store is looking for a dependable Customer Support Specialist to help create a smooth and positive experience for our customers—from checkout through delivery and post-sale support.In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, sales associates, and store leadership to ensure orders are accurate, questions are answered, and daily office operations stay on track. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a close-knit team, we would love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

Help Customers and Support the Sales Team

  • Greet and assist customers in person and by phone.
  • Answer questions, provide information, take messages, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Work with sales associates to enter customer orders accurately and promptly.
  • Review orders with customers and sales associates to confirm product, payment, and delivery information.
  • Help resolve questions or concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Submit service requests and help customers understand the next steps.

Process Orders and Financing

  • Enter invoice changes, customer information, delivery instructions, and account notes.
  • Assist customers with financing applications and required documentation.
  • Process financing orders.
  • Complete merchandise transfer paperwork when needed.
  • Follow up on customer orders and deliveries to help ensure a smooth experience.

Handle Payments and Daily Office Tasks

  • Accurately process cash, checks, credit cards, and customer account payments.
  • Count and reconcile the cash drawer.
  • Complete daily closing activities and prepare end-of-day deposits.
  • Review invoices for accuracy and register eligible protection plans.
  • File completed paperwork and maintain organized customer records.

Keep Everyone Connected

  • Communicate with customers, sales associates, delivery teams, and other employees by phone and email.
  • Provide timely updates and help prevent communication gaps.
  • Support the daily administrative needs of the office and store.
