The Legal Customer Service Assistant will work closely with attorneys, clients, and city offices to process court-directed notices, maintain accurate records, and provide dependable customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Process legal notices, including child support, divorce, title clearance, and public notices, according to court requirements.
- Proof all notices for accuracy, including names, dates, publication details, and required documentation.
- Post legal notices online and provide proof of publication to attorneys and clients.
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, and city offices while maintaining composure under deadlines.
- Create, edit, send, and organize documents using Word, PDF tools, email, and Excel.
- Track postings, publication dates, billing details, and related records in spreadsheets.
