Job Description

Remote US only, EST time zone required

As a Lease Administrator, you'll manage the administrative and financial aspects of equipment and software leases, ensuring accurate funding, billing, documentation, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can balance multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Process and fund equipment and software leases for commercial, government, national, and multi-site customers
  • Review lease agreements, credit approvals, invoices, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure timely and accurate lease funding, billing, and payment processing
  • Manage lease documentation, records, and audit requirements
  • Monitor lease terms, schedules, and critical start dates
  • Partner with Finance and internal teams to support reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Provide billing and lease administration support to customers and channel partners
  • Maintain lease processing SLAs and high accuracy standards
  • Set up customer autopay and support lease-related account maintenance
  • Assist with special projects and process improvements as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service, lease administration, data entry, or related experience
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, or similar business systems
