On site in Seffner Florida RTG Headquarters

When someone asks you a question, do you immediately reach for your phone to look up the answer? If so, you may be a great fit for this position. We are growing and expanding our online services. We are creating a new position with HUGE potential for growth and success! Our goal is to add a personal touch to the online shopping experience. We provide the best customer service, whether a customer is in one of our beautiful stores or on our website. This role is on-site in our lovely RTG Headquarters in Seffner, FL. We need coverage for when our showrooms are open, which includes holidays, evenings and weekends. 

This Role Offers:

What you'll be doing: 

  • Answering questions via online chat
  • Making recommendations to online shoppers
  • Engaging and assisting online shoppers with their purchases

 

What we're looking for: 

  • Associates that are very customer-oriented, outgoing, and have a passion to succeed while working in a high-energy environment, surrounded by a great team
  • Strong written communication skills (professional tone, grammar, spelling).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Quick and accurate typing skills (45 WPM+)
  • Able to handle multiple conversations at the same time, while maintaining focus on an individual customer and conversation.
  • Able to receive training, instruction and critiquing with a positive attitude and an open mind to learning and improving.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to utilize the internet effectively, navigating through multiple pages in order to find information and communicate that information back to the customer.
  • Preference for experience in sales and/or customer service, however, we are willing to train the right person.
