About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative with Tremron, you are responsible for:

  • Providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers.
  • Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell.
  • Creating accurate and complete invoices/sales orders.
  • Working with Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications.
  • Knowing competitor products.
  • Assisting with dispatching and scheduling deliveries.
  • Completing daily paperwork.
