We're looking for a self-driven and dedicated Petroleum Customer Service Representative to join our Omaha, NE, team and help us continue exceeding customer expectations.
What You'll Do
As a key player in our Petroleum Division, you'll:
  • Support walk-in and phone customers, along with internal sales teams, by managing orders and distributor buy-backs efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide accurate product pricing and connect customers with the right team members to finalize sales.
  • Build expert-level knowledge of our products to answer questions and resolve issues like a pro.
  • Keep customers informed of new products, promotions, and specials.
  • Initiate and track orders in our ERP system, ensuring smooth deliveries.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse teams to meet customer needs on time.
  • Promote safe product handling practices while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Use Salesforce to support customers and sales teams effectively.
  • Schedule service calls, document completed work, and keep things running smoothly.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • A high school diploma.
  • 2+ years of customer service, logistics, sales, or account management experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle (preferred).
