POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Remote Support & Customer Success Specialist to serve as the frontline of client engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical and operational support to our clients while proactively ensuring their long-term success with our platform. You will troubleshoot issues, answer product-related questions, gather client feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. This is a remote, flexible position ideal for a solutions-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships and solving problems in a fast-paced financial technology environment.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering timely and accurate responses.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical, operational, and account-related issues, escalating complex matters to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our investment tools and services.
  • Onboard new clients by guiding them through platform setup, features, and best practices.
