What would you do as a Customer Service Representative

As a new Full Time Customer Service Representative at Able Industrial Products Inc., you can expect an engaging and fulfilling daily routine. Your day will kick off at 8:00 am, where you’ll dive into answering customer inquiries, providing solutions, and troubleshooting product-related issues. Each interaction is an opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills and deliver exceptional service! Expect to manage customer accounts, process orders, and follow up on inquiries throughout the day, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
