Customer Service Rep - Santa Clara Tennis Center (Part-time)
Job Description

Lifetime Activities is looking for a part-time customer service representative for it's location at the Santa Clara Tennis Center. Lifetime Activities is a successful, mature company with 30+ years of experience managing and staffing tennis and recreational facilities.

Description:

The ideal candidate possesses the ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience for the Santa Clara tennis and pickleball community by assisting with court reservations, racquet stringing, offering equipment recommendations, basic class placement advice to a diverse clientele. Must be able to anticipate the needs of knowledgeable patrons as well as new customers seeking advice and guidance. The ideal candidate is a friendly, customer focused individual who enjoys helping others and working in a positive team environment.

Duties include:

  • Conduct point of sale transactions
  • Help customers make court reservations and register for classes
  • Answer phones and provide information on programs and services
  • String racquets (training provided)
  • Set-up and breakdown of equipment
  • Provide support to on-court staff as needed
  • General cleaning/disinfecting of the pro-shop, courts, and restrooms
  • Must have reliable transportation

NOTE: This position is required by law to submit to a consumer investigative report. Applicants are also subject to a health screening, following a conditional offer of employment.

Monday - Friday: 8AM- 10PM

Saturday / Sunday: 8AM - 8PM
