Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pleasanton, CA. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients placing concrete orders, working in tandem with our dispatch and shipping teams to ensure deliveries stay strictly on schedule.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume operational role that requires excellent communication skills, strong technical proficiency, and the ability to multitask across multiple logistics systems, phone lines, and digital messaging channels.
Key Responsibilities
  • High-Volume Inbound Support: Manage incoming customer calls regarding commercial orders, pricing, scheduling, and delivery status updates.
  • Order Management: Accurately enter, modify, and process customer orders while seamlessly navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
  • Logistics Tracking: Monitor live operational dashboards to track deliveries, fleet spacing, and order timing.
  • Omnichannel Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat throughout the day.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with dispatchers and shipping personnel to keep orders on schedule and rapidly resolve field or delivery issues.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of customer interactions, order modifications, and regional ordering procedures.
